Work completed:

  • Added work team ‘Outbuilding’
  • New notifications for tickets assigned to outbuilding work team
  • Updates to Maintenance, Systems, and GSS notifications to not go out for work assigned to outbuilding work team
  • SLA added to so that all requests for outbuilding problem types in outbuildings will route to outbuilding work team. This is accomplished as Archibus allows ordering of SLAs so it can look at a more specific SLA first (problem type and building) and then send the rest to the original SLA if it does not match that specific criteria. Existing SLAs were unchanged.
  • Added Mark Danny as a craftsperson (supervisor), assigned to outbuilding work team.
  • Added new role MBA OUTBUILDING with same rights as Jen (MBA COORDINATOR) but with both SYSTEMS and Maint VPA teams so that Mark Danny can see all his tickets. VPA is being evaluated more closely but this solution allows us to proceed.
  • Tested by RSC
