Renaming AutoCAD Drawings

You need to update the drawing name field for the records in the afm_dwgs, gros, and rm tables. Then you can close autocad, rename the files, and open them in autocad again and it should be connected properly.

In order to edit this in the gros and rm tables, you need to make that field editable. Do so by:

1. Opening the afm_flds (Archibus Fields) table and finding the dwgname field in the gros and rm tables.
2. Update the Archibus Type field to “None”
3. Reset schema
4. Edit the Field
5. Update the Archibus Type field back to “Dwgname”
