SpaceView Hoteling Docking Stations

In SpaceView hoteling you can search space by their docking station type, MAC or PC. This helps users find an appropriate hotel space to reserve. This document will instruct on how to assign the docking station type to the room.

Smart Client

1. Open the Room Amenity Table (rm_amenity_type) and create records for “MAC” and “PC” if they do not already exist.
2. Create records for each room in the Room Amenities table (rm_amenity)

Web Central

Web Central forms can be used to assist with this task. These are not yet available in the current standard RSC Web Central forms but are on the roadmap.
