Reports Central

Reports Central: Group, Sort, and Aggregate Data
Data can now be grouped by categories and use the aggregate function such as count, sum, average, minimum or maximum. User can use this feature using Charts or Grid.
To access Reports Central
- Click System -> Under Shortcuts, click Reports Central
- Click System -> Click Add-in Manager -> Under Views and Dashboards, click Reports Central
How to Pull a Custom Report
1. Specify Table: Rooms
- Under the Tables Tab, type Rooms, and select Rooms
2. Specify the Fields
- Click Select Fields
- Click the + sign to add Chargeable Area (rm.area_chargeable) and Chargeable Cost (rm.cost)
- Choose from Select from related tables (e.g. Division (dv) – to add Division Code)
- Click the + sign on the Division Code to make the Division Code Visible
- Choose Department (dp) from Select from related tables
- Click the + sign on the Cloud Department to make it a visible field
- Click Done button when finish
3. Filter Reports Data
- Click Filter Data
- Add Filters:
- Building Code Equals CA-MIL02
- Floor Code Equals 01
- Chargeable Area Is Greater than 0

- Click Filter
- Calculate the Grid
Grid
- The column grid can now be sorted in ascending or descending order and only affects the grid data.
- It has Smart Search Filter that only allows you to look at the grid records.
- Numerical column can be calculated as SUM, AVG, MIN or MAX, and it renders at the bottom of the grid.
- To Calculate Grid, click the Select Fields
- Click the Display Tab
- Click the Edit Icon for Chargeable Area, Select Average for Show Totals
- Click Save button
- Click the Edit Icon for Chargeable Cost, Select Sum for Show Totals
- Click the Save button
- Click Done button when finish
- Add Charts to the Reports
Charts
- With Aggregate functions, it enables the grouping of values (E.g. Chargeable Area) by the Categories field (E.g. Division Code).
- Any zero values/ no data from the chart (E.g., Categories: Building) can be hidden with the Hide Zero Values option.
- It has the ability to sort the Categories axis by the Categories value in ascending order.

- Click Save When Done
- Click Save
- A message pops up when saved successfully
